The Last Beachfront Diamond of Cape Canaveral

A 1.4-acre street end where the sand starts a few steps from the back door.

Our Story

Built for Togetherness

Some beachfront gets built to be sold. This was built to be shared. We bought this 1.4-acre street end because it was one of the last on the coast that had not been sold off and stacked into a condo tower, and because a quiet stretch of sand is worth more to a family than another balcony in the sky. Since then we have restored it rather than replaced it, one home at a time, so the people who find us can spread out, cook together, and fall asleep to the water.

Our Setting

Front Row to the Sky

Our buildings went up in the early 1950s, set here by the Army Corps of Engineers before Florida drew its coastal construction line. Everything built afterward had to sit further back, which is why the view runs straight down the beach in both directions with nothing in the way. It is also why the upstairs decks look out at the Kennedy Space Center launch pads. When a rocket goes up, nobody here gets in the car. They pour a coffee, step outside, and watch it from home. In 2026 we finished a full restoration, with a new roof, new windows, and renovated interiors throughout, and the landscaping is next.

The Villas

More bedrooms, more bathrooms, and more room around the table. Full kitchens, generous dining space, and balconies and patios facing the water for the hours between the beach and dinner.
