Everyone stays in the same place, eats at the same tables, and wakes up to the same view. We host gatherings of under fifty people and build each one around your dates.

Oceanfront and Private
The property sits at the end of Grant Avenue, where there is no public beach parking, so the sand stays quiet. The homes were built in the early 1950s by the Army Corps of Engineers, before Florida drew its coastal construction line, which is why they sit forward of the buildings around them. We finished restoring them in 2026. Between the homes there is a grill courtyard, a yard, an outdoor shower, and parking on site.
